We collect and process personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). By using our services, contacting us on WhatsApp/phone, or submitting web forms, you consent to this Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time (this may affect service delivery).
Identification & contact: name, phone, email, address, emergency contact.
Patient details (with explicit consent): age, condition/diagnosis, mobility, allergies, medications, doctor notes, care goals.
Service & ops data: schedules, visit notes, handover notes, incident logs.
Payments & billing: invoices, receipts, transaction refs.
Communications: calls, WhatsApp, SMS, email, website/ads forms.
Care matching, scheduling, on-site service delivery.
Safety & escalation (e.g., contacting family/ambulance/hospital when required).
Billing, receipts, accounting, audit, and legal compliance.
Customer support, quality assurance, training, and fraud prevention.
Service updates/operational messages (no spamming).
Assigned caregivers/nurses strictly on a need-to-know basis.
Hospitals/clinicians/ambulance during emergencies or with consent.
Payment, IT, hosting, messaging providers under confidentiality obligations.
Regulators/law enforcement when required by Malaysian law.
We do not sell personal data.
Health data is processed only with consent, or where necessary to protect vital interests in emergencies. We use additional safeguards (access control, limited retention).
We apply reasonable technical/organizational measures (encryption at rest/in transit where applicable, access controls, logging). Data is retained only as needed for service, legal, tax, and dispute purposes, then securely deleted/anonymized.
You may access, correct, update, withdraw consent, or request deletion (subject to legal retention).

Home-based caregiver and private nursing: ADL support (bathing, toileting, feeding, mobility), companionship, vitals, medication reminders, wound care, injections (where permitted), post-op support, escort to appointments. MayiNurse is not a hospital/clinic.
Booking is confirmed upon deposit or full payment as advised in your quote.
Accepted payments: FPX/online transfer/QR.
Rates depend on care level (hourly/daily/live-in), location, shift timing, complexity.
>24 hours before start: refund minus admin/processing fees.
<24 hours: deposit non-refundable (caregiver time blocked).
If we must cancel (e.g., caregiver illness), we’ll offer a replacement or refund for the undelivered portion.
Caregivers may be replaced (leave/emergency/performance). We aim for continuity and will brief replacements using your provided care plan/notes.
Provide accurate patient info and disclose risks/infections/allergies.
Safe environment, necessary supplies/equipment/medications.
Treat caregivers with respect; no unlawful/unsafe requests.
Reasonable care is exercised, but outcomes are not guaranteed.
Not liable for pre-existing conditions, unforeseeable complications, or instructions outside scope.
In emergencies, caregivers may escalate to hospital/ambulance and notify family.
We are not responsible for home property damage not caused by our negligence. Secure valuables; use CCTV where lawful if desired.
Use of services is subject to our Privacy Policy (PDPA-compliant). Operational communications (WhatsApp/SMS/calls) form part of service.
Malaysian law applies. Venue: courts in Kuala Lumpur. We encourage early resolution via email to info@mayihelp.my.
